Organic Lunch meat

Making sure your lunch meat is organic is important because it means you are eating from a healthy animal. At $10 this package for a pound, it is about double the amount that you would Pay for non organic. Some things are okay if you were to choose gmo ingredients, lunch meat is not one of them. Knowing my Turkey breast came from a turkey that was fed a vegetarian diet and was free range is extremely important. It is just as important as buying free range eggs.
A review on the plainville farms organic turkey is, the flavor is great but the slices are very thin. It's great for sandwiches of rolls.

Coleman organic chicken sausages

I've been buying these Coleman organic spinach chicken sausages now for a while. The price is decent and you get 12 in a pack! Of course, being organic they are antibiotic free with no added hormones, which is great! I love that they're chicken instead of pork which makes them healthier for you and your family.

I have been putting these in with our spaghetti and I've even put them in our soup a few time now.  There are many ways to prepare them and since they're fully cooked, you don't need to worry about undercooking them!

Organic juice, expensive but worth it

Eating for your health is extremely important. Recently, I lost a dog due to feeding her GMO food. I truly believe that it is necessary to put good wholesome organic ingredients into your body to stay healthy. GMOs will in time tear your body apart. 50 years ago they never had this much GMO's in our food. Yes, I am willing to pay $4.50 for a 32 ounce glass jar of organic grape juice if it means healthy ingredients for my body and my kids body. Anyways, this juice was delicious and tasted even better since it was in glass. Although it may be expensive, I am going to make a pact to really focus on feeding my kids and my family organic food. This brand of juice was great and I would recommend it!!

Stuffed bell peppers

Making sure you feed your family healthy food is very important. Remember, what you put into your body really defines who you are and how you will perform. Last night I made stuffed bell peppers with ground beef and they were absolutely delicious. I was a little nervous to see if my daughter would like it,  but I was happy to see that you really enjoy this meal. I'm lucky that she likes bell peppers and all the ingredients inside.

This was fairly easy to make. The first thing you have to do is cut your bell peppers in half and scoop out the insides. Next you will want to make your stuffing.  I mixed raw ground beef, tomato paste, cooked white rice, onion, the remaining of the peppers, and a little bit of vinegar together.

Next, I sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese. Then, I put this in the oven covered with voile for one hour at 400°.

Here is a picture of my daughter enjoying her stuff Bellpepper. It isn't the best picture of her because she was complaining that her mouth hurt at the time. I think she had chapped lips.

Organic oatmeal

I'm not a fan of oatmeal, but my 5 year old loves it. Not only does she ask for it for breakfast, but she loves it for a snack as well. We picked up a new brand to review this week. Wholesome happiness natural foods.  She loves the fruit and nuts within here and a majority of the ingredients are organic. Kid approved ✌🏻️
